Data protection and privacy
Zipp Mobility take data protection very seriously and comply with GDPR and other applicable privacy laws. The use and storage of Zipp rider data is governed by the operator's Privacy Policy, which is publicly available.
Zipp do share aggregated data with the council to help manage transport systems and plan for the future.
Zipp will only give up personal information of riders if required to do so by law or as mandated by UK authorities in accordance with applicable privacy laws. This would include if formally requested by the police.
