Enforcement procedure
The Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) is responsible for enforcing the Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) (No. 2) Accessibility Regulations 2018 (the ‘accessibility regulations’). - book an appointment to speak to someone in person about most services at one of our community hubs
- use our computers to access online services at one of our community hubs
- telephone council departments - use the directory to find contact details for other council services.
