LABC Partnering Scheme

LABC New Home Warranty
LABC New Home Warranty is one of the many commercially available products for speculative residential housing, social housing and self build. The LABC New Home Warranty scheme has been created in partnership with LABC, the representative body for Local Authority Building Control, regulated by the Financial Services Authority (FSA).
