NRS Healthcare collections
If you have any equipment supplied by the Berkshire Community Equipment Service (BCES), operated by NRS Healthcare, and no longer need it then please contact NRS Healthcare on 0844 8936 960 to arrange for its collection free of charge. Collection of the equipment will be made within 10 days of your phone call.
NRS Healthcare drop-off information
If you are able, you can return loaned equipment supplied by the BCES. Equipment that has been loaned to you by BCES or NRS will have a label on it.
If you would like to drop-off items, you must:
- arrange a return by calling 0344 893 6960
- place a label on the items that states: "This equipment is on loan from www.nrs-uk.co.uk".
