Since April 2013, every Health and Wellbeing Board in England has had a statutory responsibility to publish a statement of the needs for pharmaceutical services in their area. This is called the Pharmaceutical Needs Assessment (PNA). Slough Health and Wellbeing Board published their first PNA in April 2015 and were required to publish a revised assessment by 31 March 2018.
A revised PNA report was produced, which looks at the health needs of the local population in Slough, the current pharmacy network and public feedback on current services.
