The council collects a wide range of data on access to and outcomes from services. This is used to help ensure that they are accessible and meet the diverse needs of local residents. Data is also used to inform Equality Impact Assessments, which are part of the decision-making process.
Data can be both:
- qualitative
- user surveys
- consultations and other engagement activities
- complaints
- quantitative
- key data on who is using the service
- key performance outcomes
