Resident involvement strategy, action plan and policy
We developed our three-year Housing Resident Involvement Strategy with involvement of:
- tenants
- leaseholders
- repair contractor
- the housing team and
- relevant teams across the council.
The strategy will ensure we provide meaningful opportunities for residents to influence services, policies and strategy that impacts them.
