If you are a Slough resident, you can tell us about how you access and use pharmaceutical services in Slough.
Slough Borough Council is currently developing a revised Pharmaceutical Needs Assessment (PNA), which is a legal requirement every three years and statutory responsibility of the Slough Health and Wellbeing Board. The PNA is a statement of current and future needs for pharmaceutical services in Slough. It also looks at gaps in pharmaceutical services and how they could be improved.
Your responses will help us to accurately assess the current provision of pharmaceutical services in Slough. This will help us better understand how current pharmaceutical services meet the needs of the Slough population, identify any gaps in service provision and areas for improvement.

We want to know about the provision of services in your pharmacy / dispensary. Please answer the questions to the best of your knowledge. Depending on whether you are a dispensing practice doctor or a pharmacy contractor, please complete the most suitable questionnaire below.
If your practice offers dispensing services from several branch surgeries, please complete a questionnaire for each dispensing site.
Your answers will help inform our draft 2025 - 2028 PNA which is expected to be available for formal consultation in Spring / Summer 2025.
