Infrastructure Funding Statement

The Infrastructure Funding Statement reports on contributions made by developers towards infrastructure and affordable housing to support new development in Slough.

The annual Infrastructure Funding Statement covers the period from 1 April of one year to the 31 March of the following year.

The Statement provides information on the:

  • monetary and non-monetary contributions sought and received from developers
  • infrastructure and affordable housing funded by the contributions
  • subsequent use of those contributions by the council.
