The council is taking part in the Winter Wheelers initiative with Love to Ride, encouraging people to cycle through the winter.
Following on from Cycle September, this campaign aims to encourage everyone to keep cycling for leisure or commuting purposes.
Register for free at Love to Ride and earn points for every trip you make by bike in December and January.
You will be in with the chance to win weekly prizes such as bike accessories, money, clothing, merch, and more, and a grand prize of £2,500. In the September initiative, someone from Slough won the £1,000 early bird prize.
Riders of every level are invited to participate and can ride anywhere, even a 10-minute ride around the park will enter you into the draws.
Getting out there in the fresh air and encouraging others is more important than the number of miles you ride.
Councillor Paul Kelly, lead member for housing, highways, planning and transport, said: “Cycling can be a great family activity by getting out at the weekends together, or if you want to fit in exercise while on your commute, why not give cycling a try? The important thing is to register, log your rides and just get out there.
“Always keep safety in mind during the dark mornings and evenings and make sure you can clearly be seen.”
Workplaces can also unleash their competitive side with the fun and friendly workplace competition. Co-workers can join their workplace profile on Love to Ride and compete to earn the most points and top the client area leaderboard in their size category.
Everyone who took part in the September challenge is welcome to try and beat their score.
Winter Wheelers runs from 1 December- 31 January.
