New referrals
Please contact The Gateway on 0300 365 2000 for all enquiries about mental health services and all new referrals. You can also email gateway@berkshire.nhs.uk.
The Gateway provides a single referral pathway for adult mental health referrals across Berkshire.
You can be referred by your doctor, health visitor, police, hospital, accident and emergency services, as well as other agencies working in the community.
Individuals can self refer, and carers can also make a referral, although usually we recommend that you visit your GP in the first instance.

For those who are already receiving our services please continue to use the numbers you have been given by your care coordinator. The main reception number is 01753 690950.

Our normal opening hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm. Earlier or later appointments offered on request.
