The Customer access book an appointment form will be offline from 9am on Monday 25 November for maintenance work. You will not be able to book, reschedule or cancel an appointment. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
We offer face to face appointments for residents who need additional support.
Please note, these appointments are not for housing advice or homelessness. Check our Homeless or at risk page for details.
To book an appointment please choose:
- Reception appointment (30 minutes) if you need to hand in a form or supporting documents for
- Council Tax
- Housing Benefits
- Council Tax Support
- a Housing application
- School Admissions.
- Advisory appointment (1 hour) if you need in-depth advice or help regarding
- Housing Benefits
- Council Tax Support
- Council Tax or Rent Accounts.
You can change the time and day of your booking, but not on the appointment day itself. You can cancel at any time. Details of how to change the time and day of your booking or cancel will be included in your confirmation email.
