Reasons to contact neighbourhood services
All housing management matters, (excluding rent arrears, leaseholds, and the right to buy) are dealt with by named neighbourhood managers within the Neighbourhood Services team. Some reasons you may need to contact a neighbourhood manager are to report:
- antisocial behaviour
- a concern about your neighbourhood.
How to contact neighbourhood services
Our neighbourhood services teams are based around the borough, each covering a different area. You should contact the appropriate team depending on the location of the property you are enquiring about. For queries on properties in:
- Manor Park and Britwell, please email the ‘north team’ at Northteam@slough.gov.uk
- Chalvey, Cipppenham and Priory, please email the ‘south team’ at Southteam@slough.gov.uk
