The scheme is administered by the Housing Allocations team. You can:
Payment
When you return the keys to your old property, we will inspect the property. We can only authorise the payment after this inspection.
From your incentive payment, we will subtract:
- the cost of any rechargeable repairs. You can get more information about rechargeable repairs from your neighbourhood officer
- any outstanding rent arrears.
We will then pay your incentive payment into your bank account. This is usually around 10 working days after you return the keys for your old property.
