Art Beyond Belief | Insight Inspire | Primarily for residents with mental health needs, the project works to combat isolation and loneliness. It is preventative, helping to reduce reliance on statutory services by increasing self-reliance, self-confidence and resilience for those taking part. Asian Carers Group | Asian Carers Group | The project offers opportunities for carers from the South Asian community to come together to tackle multiple barriers. The group offers a range of activities, including a weekly yoga/Pilates class delivered by a professional instructor. Camps will teach kids aged 6 - 11 circus arts including aerial silks, hoop, trapeze, and acrobatics, as well as healthy eating, growing your own vegetables and cooking.
