Data protection - Fair processing of personal information
Information that Strengthening Families and our partners collect about families may be used:
- to identify those that need support and to carry out other specific functions related to services that we provide for families
- for statistical and research purposes - this data may be shared with Government departments and our partner agencies
- to derive statistics to inform decisions on, for example, the funding of services, and to assess the performance of services - the statistics are used in such a way that individual families cannot be identified from them.
For more information about how Slough Borough Council uses data please see our Data protection page.
Slough Borough Council is able to share data under Section 1 of the Localism Act 2011 and powers under Section 111 of the Local Government Act 1972.
