As a member of the Neighbourhood Contracts & Business Services team at Slough Borough Council, you’ll lead on one of three important specialist areas: Mapping & Systems, Performance Framework & Quality Assurance, or Quality Assurance, Compliance & Audit.
Recognised across the Business Delivery Team and beyond for your expertise, you’ll be responsible for making sure the team achieves its objectives in your area, thereby facilitating the delivery of more efficient and effective Neighbourhood Housing Services
To achieve this, you’ll implement improved performance management frameworks that identify and drive continual service improvements. You’ll develop and monitor service level agreements across council departments and external partnerships. Crucially, you’ll work closely with Neighbourhood Housing teams to improve data quality and management. Underpinning all of these improvements, you’ll deliver training with a focus on skills development and excellent customer service.
To join us in the Performance Framework & Quality Assurance role, you’ll need to demonstrate a high level of technical skills in using management information systems, databases, management and data reporting tools to develop bespoke business reports.
