As a member of the Neighbourhood Contracts & Business Services team, you’ll be responsible for supporting and enabling the Neighbourhood Services operational teams to deliver a quality service to our most vulnerable residents.
You will be directly responsible for reviewing, developing and implementing processes, procedures and protocols to work effectively with residents with complex needs and vulnerabilities. Your role will be key to improving the quality of safeguarding case management, ensuring a consistent approach across all teams and tenures and service partners/contractors working with Neighbourhood Housing Services.
To achieve this, you’ll facilitiate and manage partnership activity linked to working with residents with complex needs, represent Neighbourhood Housing Services in all relevant partnership forums and meetings including case conferences and safeguarding boards, whilst establishing strategic relationships with partners who have specific responsibilities for vulnerable individuals.
To join us in the Safeguarding Reviews role, you’ll need experience of complex case work, working with vulnerable persons in a multi agency environment, delivering excellent customer service to a diverse client group.
