This special collection service is available for residents who wish to dispose of items that are too large or heavy to fit into your black bin.

The cost to collect up to five items is £30.75.

A free service is available for residents who are registered disabled or households where the sole occupants are pensioners (limited to two per year per household).
Payment must be made prior to the day of collection, either by cash, or cheque payable to Slough Borough Council.

If you have any equipment supplied by the Berkshire Community Equipment Service (BCES), operated by NRS Healthcare, and no longer need it then please contact NRS Healthcare on 0844 8936 960 to arrange for its collection free of charge.
Collection of the equipment will be made within 10 days of you telephoning them and in most cases much sooner.

You can tell if the equipment you have is loaned to you by Berkshire or NRS as the equipment will have a label similar to the image on it.
Fly-tipping is a crime, which carries a maximum £50,000 fine at Magistrates Court and up to five years in prison and an unlimited fine at Crown Court.
